Shipping
Contiguous U.S delivery takes 5-7 business days and is a Free Shipping.
Shipping to Hawaii , Alaska & Canada takes 7-12 business days for $5.
International Shipping may take up to 2~3 Weeks for $10.
A tracking number will be provided and a signature will be required on delivery.
All orders are insured against loss or damage in transit. Occasionally mail can take longer depending on delays at customs, adverse weather conditions, errors within the postal service or other reasons beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch please let us know so that we can have missing shipments investigated by the post office & begin insurance claims as needed.

Return & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days after receipt of the item. No reason needs to be given, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item.
The customer is responsible for shipping cost and related expenses for shipment.

There is an EXCEPTION with CUSTOM made items - We have right not to accept returns on them. But whenever possible we try to find a solution - We can offer you partial refund, resizing of item.
It is always clearly stated in description when item is custom made.
Ring-specific: if you have received your ring and discovered that the size you ordered is no longer size you need, we can resize it for you. Send us a message for inquire. We will need you to return the ring at your expense, carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Resizing costs will vary depending on the ring type, plus a small postage fee for the second posting will apply. Please note for international/non-USA customers this may have a turn-around time of approximately a month via airmail. If you require a speedy resizing (such as for a gift or other time-sensitive reasons) we would recommend contacting a local jeweler.
We also accept requests for repairs of our items. When there is something wrong with quality and it is my mistake, we will solve it in a way which means no additional costs to you.
Jewelery care
Take off your jewelery when sleeping, swimming, bathing, doing sports or anything which could lead to mechanical damage.
Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and other chemicals.
Use water with soap to clean your jewelery.
